These terms concern the Cine sunt? information website and remain a review version pending completion of publication information. They do not replace the app’s licence agreement.

2. What this website provides
This site describes the app, its rules and compatibility, and provides support and privacy information. Gameplay takes place in the native iPhone and iPad app; you cannot create or play a session on this website.
The website is available in Romanian and English. The app and catalog are Romanian-only. Screenshots show the app interface. Sessions cannot be played on this website.
3. The free app and availability
Cine sunt? is a free game for exactly two nearby players, each using their own compatible device. The described version has no accounts, ads, purchases or extra downloadable content.
A download link appears only when a verified public App Store listing is available. An absent link does not promise a release date or imply Apple approval.
The website does not sell products, take orders or collect payments. These terms do not create a subscription or request a waiver of withdrawal rights. Any mandatory rights applicable to the supply of digital content or services remain unaffected.
The app has no accounts to delete or subscriptions to cancel. A personal-data request uses the contacts in the privacy policy. Such a request is separate from withdrawing from a contract or seeking any applicable remedy for non-conformity.
4. Compatibility and sessions
The described version requires iOS/iPadOS 26.6 or later and Wi-Fi Aware hardware support. Each player needs their own iPhone or iPad and the same compatible app version. The OS version alone does not guarantee hardware support. Check the distributed version’s requirements before installing.
Connection depends on the devices, system state and nearby conditions. It is not guaranteed in every situation. Game data remains in memory and is not recovered after the app process ends. Starting a new game resets scores and identity history.
The FAQ explains the detailed rules. The Host’s device decides results based on when answers arrive; connection latency can affect order and whether an answer falls within the draw window.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other people’s access. Do not attempt unauthorized system access, distribute harmful code or disrupt the service.
Keep support communications relevant and respect others’ rights. Do not send access credentials or unnecessary personal information about yourself or anyone else.
6. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, design, code and images are protected to the extent provided by law. You may browse it for information and share links to it. Reusing materials requires the relevant rights or permission, subject to legal exceptions.
Names, characters and trademarks used in examples belong to their respective rights holders. Their mention does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Apple, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
7. The app licence is separate
Use of the downloaded app is governed by the licence agreement applicable to its distribution. Apple provides for a standard agreement or, when supplied, a developer’s custom agreement. These website terms do not grant an alternative app licence or amend Apple’s agreements.
When installing, consult the agreement displayed with the app. These website terms do not introduce a custom app licence.
8. Changes, accuracy and availability
Information and features may be updated to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms should be presented in a dated version.
We aim to provide clear, accurate information, but the site may contain errors or experience interruptions. Contact us if you spot a problem. These provisions do not remove mandatory legal rights or remedies.
9. Consumer protections and disputes
Nothing excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable rights and remedies are preserved, including those relating to conformity of digital content or services where the statutory conditions for their application are met.
Any choice of Romanian law operates without removing mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence. No exclusive court provision is imposed to restrict consumer rights. You may contact the competent authorities or courts under applicable law.
You may contact ANPC and use its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) platform, subject to the applicable procedure. The platform link is below and in the site footer. Access to competent authorities and courts remains available. The former European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
